Job Summary

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you demonstrate a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, proficient data analysis skills, and have a knack for optimisation techniques. In this role, you'll oversee the careful management and enhancement of marketing campaigns. This involves closely monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and return on investment.

Responsibilities

- Develop, execute and optimise all aspects of paid marketing efforts including implementation, monitoring, optimisation, analysis and reporting - across various digital networks.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop/implement advanced digital media strategies.
- Closely monitor campaign performance metrics.
- Provide recommendations for creative & media optimisations
- Stay ahead of and analyse audience behaviour, conversion funnels, and other relevant metrics to drive performance improvements.
- Implement and manage Search Experience Optimisation (SXO) strategies through SEO, SEM, and content delivery.
- Consistent reporting using analytics suites and confidently presenting results to wider marketing teams.
